If you wish to return any of the goods please contact us first so we are able to advise you of the process of obtaining a reference number. A return can ONLY be obtained by contacting us at email@example.com where we will process your request for your item to be returned We will then tell you of the returns process which differs for various products and depending upon warranty status. This number must be clearly identifiable on the product packaging and accompanying documentation. We will advise where the product should be returned to and what the course of action will be. Note that we cannot accept the delivery of any package without this number
In accordance with your rights when you purchase goods online, unwanted products can be returned so long as you let us know you want to return them within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery. They must include all original packaging, be in ‘as new’ condition and must not have been used. If the returned item(s) affect any promotional discount was given then this will be adjusted in your refund.
To return goods please obtain an RMA number from us on 0208 – 946 – 6161 or firstname.lastname@example.org You must enclose the RMA with your return for us to refund it.
You must return the goods to us within 14 days of telling us you no longer want them, and you need to make sure the goods are properly packaged
Once we have received the goods back from you, we will give you a refund.
Items faulty on arrival. You have the option of an exchange or refund. If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 28 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault (please note that for our business customers, this is 14 calendar days). Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we’ll issue a replacement or a full refund to you via your original payment method.
If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it’s more than 28 calendar days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty repair.
Damage in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 3 working days (please note that this is 24 hours for our business customers). If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, please refuse the delivery and call us on 0208 – 946 – 6161 or email us at email@example.com. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method.
Item Missing or Incorrect Item
If there is an item missing from your order or the wrong item has been sent, then please contact us on 0208 – 946 – 6161 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible and in any event within three days, and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
